Our training is highly creative and experiential. We know adults learn in many different ways and what is taught is not always learnt! We pull on peoples own experiences, tacit knowledge and motivation to craft a learning event that makes sense.
We believe in training that is ‘content light-learning rich’ and we do this by getting learners involved, challenged, and engaged. We use powerful learning methods such as simulations, acted scenarios, learning circles, games, creative thinking tools and much more as a way of embedding learning. Learning only happens when the mind and body are connected.
