To be authentic takes strength of character that is grounded in a clear understanding of ones values, strengths and vulnerabilities. Credibility requires skills in building trust, execution and management. This modular programme is underpinned by current research in management practices, positive psychology and motivation theory.

This 9-12 month programme includes workshops, monthly group coaching and 1:1 coaching to enable change and personal growth to be embedded.
